Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
We may occasionally process and ship orders on weekends at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Standard Shipping (U.S.):

Flat rate: $5 per order (unless otherwise noted during special promotions)

Estimated delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days after your order has been processed
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When those are active, they will be clearly marked on our website, in promotional materials, or at checkout. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated, our standard $5 shipping rate applies.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of carriers depending on the order and destination, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your order will be selected based on service, speed, and cost.
Discreet Packaging
We know privacy matters.
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging that does not clearly identify the nature of the contents. The return address will list our company name in a subtle and professional way to help protect your privacy.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses in certain cases where carriers do not support delivery for specific services. If shipment to your address is not available at checkout, we’re unable to ship to that address at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number, depending on the carrier and service used.
Tracking information can take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@drtushproducts.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. However, we want you to have a great experience, so if something goes wrong:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number for more detailed information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date at support@drtushproducts.com with:

We will review each case and work with you on a reasonable resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from the carrier), we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

In some cases, we may offer to reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If a refund is issued instead of reshipment, it will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy, minus the original shipping cost and any fees charged to us by the carrier.
